Minnesota Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy
Welcome to Minnesota Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy (MNCEFT)!
MNCEFT was initiated in 2009 by a group of metro area EFT therapists and students, who meet for clinical consultation and the study of EFT.
As a group we are energized by the use of EFT in our clinical work and wish to create a thriving community of EFT trained therapists, while we explore ways to bring the benefits of improved relationships to enhance the health and well-being of those in our community.
This website provides information about both the activities of the MN EFT community and local EFT Therapists. To learn more about what EFT is, MNCEFT’s Mission Statement, and EFT’s Strengths and Goals, check out our About EFT page.

Love is a constant process of tuning in, connecting, missing, and misreading cues, disconnecting, repairing, and finding deeper connection.
It is a dance of meeting and parting and finding each other again.
Minute to minute and day to day.
